Selection Process
Our selection processes are designed in such a way that only the Quality should Qualify.
Round One: Short listing of CV will be done by HRD & Concern department head.
Round Two: The preliminary interview & written Tests conducted by HR.
Round Three: Shortlisted candidate goes through technical round with concerned department head.
Round Four: Above supervisory levels candidature have to through the final round with Managing Director.
Final Round: Offer Letter will be issued once the candidature is finalized, and appointment letter at the time of joining, an acknowledged copy & relevant documents will be collected as acceptance, for office records.
